There is much to say about working for a corporation that is run by women. Coming from prior employment that was in the public sector and policies that were driven by men, this has been a breathe of fresh air. It is recognized that family comes first and that positive feedback will get employees motivated. It is clear that FSC encourages and appreciates your diversity and what skills you bring to the company. They empower you to be your best and leadership engages with all employees in a positive, welcoming way. I have found Marcia, our CEO to be in touch and engaged with all of her workers and not just upper management. She seems sincere in her words and has a great sense of humor. I look forward to continuing my career with FSC and am excited about my future for the first time in a very long time.

New worker training is not user friendly and not as organized as it could be.
