Pros

Amazing Co workers! (Your peers nor management )

Cons

So many, horrible communication from management, management that is not trained & not willing to be trained, being told almost daily that you're not doing your job well enough even though the company just was awarded 3 state accolades (we were only told this in passing) working 9 to 10 hour days with no compensation, management does not appreciate hard working team members, asked to do unethical things, lied to by management, complete chaos everyday because we were so understaffed & management has no idea how to run the program or even the rules of the W2 program. Being asked, on top of a caseload that nears 100 cases, to fill in for management because they were gone or didn't know what to do. Being literally yelled at, condescended to and beat down. I 100% do not recommend.

Great support from co-workers and the opportunity to make a real difference for people in need.

Cons

Working with people in crisis can be stressful at times.

Pros

Really good people with equally good intentions to help those who are in a vulnerable place.

Cons

There was a big pressure to get people to be enrolled into the program with no financial bonus incentive.
