Thank you for your review and your work at FSC. We definitely do value the work and needs of our staff and strive to improve that every day. We've done surveys and held listening sessions to learn more about how we can help staff enjoy their work. Please talk with your Team Lead or Program Coordinator if your lunch break isn't long enough to eat during the day.

Really good people with equally good intentions to help those who are in a vulnerable place.

Cons

There was a big pressure to get people to be enrolled into the program with no financial bonus incentive.
