9yThank you for taking the time to leave a review. Our management team has been conducting listening sessions and given employees a survey to find out how we can improve FSC for the past month. I urge you to make your voice heard if you have some suggestions because we have provided a forum for this. We have a saying at FSC that our people are our service, so we definitely want staff happy so they can provide great customer service. On the benefits side, I think we have a very competitive package: 401(K) match at 100% up to 6% of pay! Again, make your voice heard if you have some suggestions on how to improve this part of FSC.
