Pros
- expected to “jump right in” and get opportunity to learn a lot - some coworkers are great - cool shared workspace with keg and soda machine - remote work
Cons
- micromanagy CEO - get blamed and scolded for things out of your control - fake work life balance talk. Would expect interns to drop college school work for their company even though they never paid it forward - interns are treated like full time employees but paid below minimum wage. Relied on for full time work and flawless quality of work. Only 2 full time people at the entire company
