Kind, welcoming environment with really good people.

Not huge amount of progression but this is typical in start ups.

I joined the business recently and a few things really stood out: - People are great. Really talented, passionate and helpful - The company is driven by its purpose, mission, and vision and you can see clear action of them working towards them Vs talking about it - Wonderful culture. From the company driven initiatives to the homegrown stuff that everyone invests their time in to make it a fun place to work and allow you to succeed
