Micro-managed to an extreme level, unlivable wage. Only people who know the right people in the company seem to get any promotions etc. I think this company takes complete advantage of the fact their workers are living in one of the most deprived areas in Ireland. There are little to no employment options in Inishowen. Someone doing the same job in Dublin would get paid twice as much at least.
