Pros
Some genuinely nice people who are committed to clients and each other. OK salary. Work / Life Balance pretty good. Some opportunity for exposure to different service lines / disciplines, particularly for more junior staff.
Cons
Horrendous HR support. Insatiable appetite for profit and growth at the expense of all else! Delusions of grandeur in terms of their place in the market. Shoddy quality of work in some areas and a lack of modern systems to support delivery. Really poor culture.
