Pros
Good work is rewarded. If you can show that you are handle the work load they will give you the opportunity to take on more significant roles. Partners are very involved and even as a first year staff they made sure we knew our input on the engagements was important. Also, the opportunity to work on such a large variety of clients is a plus. They let you try different industries to see what fits for you.
Cons
Hours. Engagements bleed over into the next much more than wrap up and review, often more time is spent on a job when you are not scheduled on it than when you were.
