Pros
I worked for Mazars almost three years and my experience was really good. I was a part of a small team and we worked well all together. At that time there were no possibility for actual promotion inside the company but my responsibilities were evolving and I felt the growth. Good benefits and health insurance!
Cons
It's a good place to start your career when you don't have children. It might be a bit difficult to combine business trips for several days and your kid's routine schedule. Difficult to be promoted. Yearly salary increase is low.
