We are committed to the growth and happiness of our team members and wish were able to have provided you with a better experience over the time you were here. Our goal in having our managers delegate is to challenge and grow our team so they can prepare to be managers themselves. It's disappointing to hear that we didn't communicate that as well as we could have.
As our company has continued to scale extremely quickly, there have been challenges around areas such as parking and open office space in our new office building that we just remodeled. That same growth can also create challenges around internal communication. We will treat all of your feedback as an opportunity for us to learn, grow, and better ourselves in all of these areas.
