Pros
I've been working here for almost 4 years in 2 different areas of the company, so far the best working experience I had. The salary is competitive (if you are a newcomer), the office is fantastic, project really interesting and people is nice and talented. I believe this is probably the best place to work in Malaga.
Cons
I said the project is cool, but it is also really complex. Preventing the talent to run away from the company is not their priority, the company is focused in hiring instead of making a real growth (company was faster with 20 workers than now with 110+). Management layer has totally swallowed the working ambiance and it has become complicated to work there at the moment.
