Pros

Maybe someday there will be games

Cons

Management is horrible. They have the wrong people in certain positions that bottleneck processes. Favoritism runs rapid in certain groups. And funny how a game company has NO GAMES.

We appreciate this candid feedback and we are constantly working to ensure every Fortizen has the clarity and support needed to do their best work. While we are currently in a rigorous development phase to ensure our upcoming titles meet the highest standards, we continue refining our internal processes to drive our progress. We are committed to building a studio where everyone belongs and our culture is as high-quality as the games we ship.

Pros

I could not ask for a better team to work with. We are very well aligned on goals and strategies across the entire company. Those goals push us to define strategies that make every person here feel part of the process to bring games to market. We are encouraged here to voice our opinions at every level and have our say. I wouldn't want to work anywhere else right now.

Cons

There are times when I get lost in corporate paperwork and tracking. This can be discouraging at times. I try to carve out time in my day to process the paperwork, ensuring it gets done without too much injury.
