-Low management skills -no career or persoanl deveopment -lack connectivity between the branch and the company -What matters is that you close the ticket and get 5 stars, no matter how professional you are or the solution you provide, it's all about numbers. - It's a call center job - Always disappointing news, nothing promising a better future - As employees, you have to say YES unless you will be considered against management. - When you complain about something, the management will say they've considered it, but nothing will change.
