      Pros

      Learned a great deal about the channel, sales, network security space. Have met some really smart folks along the way.

      Cons

      Awful, awful communication between management and their employees, teams, partners, etc. Pay is no longer competitive with industry. Fortigates can only carry this company for so long.

      The only down side is the pay for an enterprise sales rep is low compared to industry average.
