Pros

Great place to work and excellent if you are looking to grow your experience in Networking and Cyber Security but also prospecting to Enterprise organisations. Business continues to develop and drive the BDR's to work smart not hard and have a vast range of prospecting tools and an enablement team to help you progress your knowledge and understanding and ensure you are successful. Recognition is a value that is shared once a quarter in QBR's so you will get noticed if you work hard and you will be rewarded. Culture at Fortinet is professional with a charm as you will have many backgrounds mixed together and the people make it a really great office to work in. Lots of perks included things like private healthcare, discounts, mental health support and unlimited coffee, soft drinks and fresh fruit.

Cons

Very slow with progressing people internally and lack of opportunities. Business is consistently hiring externally and has no path for people to grow into various roles in the business.

Pros

Solid, stable, predictable. Most people are out of the office by 4 or 5 pm. Life is easy and expectations are low.

Cons

Little support for marketing. Fortinet has too many products and too many product lines - and every product owner is fighting for attention of sales. The company is firmly wedded to it's hardware roots. Fortinet has not invested in internal systems. Reporting is awkard and cumbersome, and adaption on enterprise AI is still a long ways off. There are no women in senior roles.
