Pros
Travel, they'll pay for school or certs
Cons
The pay is way below the industry standard, the work is so demanding, the travel is also a con, the culture, the leadership is rotten from the top down.
If you like being overworked to the point where you basically don't even have a family anymore because you have no time, then this is the company for you. During your orientation week, you'll be wowed by the HQ office, they'll take you to fancy dinners, everyone you meet will seem so nice and genuine. Then the next week starts. That's when you realize it was all fake. RUN from this company, don't walk. It is toxic, and the leadership is the worst I have ever encountered in my 20 years of being in the workforce
