      Too much interference from the Chairman - doesn't let the people below him do the work that needs to be done. Pretty much need to know somebody to get in

      Culture is important to the company, if you like the values, you'll fit in nicely and find the workplace enjoyable

      Cons

      Company is working on becoming global, timezones are difficult to deal with and require tremendous personal flexibility.
