      Money was generous and projects were very interesting.

      Cons

      The Fortescue "vision" is complete rubbish. Egotistical, psychopathic people in management, fail to listen to the team. Take a divide and conquer approach to business and the people that work for them.

      Culture is important to the company, if you like the values, you'll fit in nicely and find the workplace enjoyable

      Company is working on becoming global, timezones are difficult to deal with and require tremendous personal flexibility.
