Pros
High wages, still strong demand for iron ore in China. Good rosters 1 week at work, 1 week off. Lots of opportunities to rise or change fields within the company. Three different sites to work at plus the main office in Perth CBD with million dollar views over the river. On the whole great people work at the company creating a very relaxed work environment
Cons
Larger the company get, the more the focus moves away from the employees.
