1. Extreme micromanagement (directly or idirectly) 2. New Incompetitive and unexperienced managers/"Leaders" which do not have a relevant background and basic experience. The are just hired based on the acquintances with "leadership". People like are most dangerous to a company. In long run, they break teams, companies and eventually break families due to tonix environment. They along with their "leadership" acquiantices should be fired and banned from all future corporate jobs. 3. More focus on internal polictics / work to impress internal "leadership" than to focus on customer solutions. 4. No respect for each other. 5. Overall a stressful environment. 6. Focus is to promote more meetings and less productive work. More meeting doesn't mean more work which many of the managers do not understand. 7. Do not force outside toxic managers/"leaders" who are not qualified for the job, on the well established, experienced and high performing teams. It breaks the morale and makes day to day working difficult. Try trusting the existing team for a change? no?
