Pros
The people are generally great
Cons
Literally everything else. Upper management doesn't care about the workers and just about everyone is underpaid for the work they do. Internal promotions almost never happen, even with highly qualified individuals working in the department. Everywhere is understaffed and employees are asked to overwork themselves to meet the needs of their department. When issues are brought up, management employs a "have patience, let's wait and see" mentality that means workers who don't pull their weight or are actively toxic to their department are kept around for months or years, even with consistent complaints. Turn over is INCREDIBLY high and is frequently because of burnout.
