Unbelievably bad - Trim Press Operator Fort Recovery Industries Employee Review

New CEO bought this family owned company a couple years ago. HR is unapproachable, not consistent, or even nice! Quality depends on how many units need shipped that day. Working full time does not pay basic bills to survive. Benefits are ridiculous! Useless insurance. Facility is extremely hot, greasy, dirty. No heat relief breaks are given. Unsafe working conditions. A furnace that melts metal blew up, and no report was done! High turn over rate, due to this being a really bad place to work.
