Could have more structure on the admin side.

I didn’t get a chance to experience any pros

Was laid off via email two weeks after training with no explanation but had the audacity to email me about returning a badge (that was obtained the day before the lay off). My coworkers who were NOT in charge of training me tried their best to accommodate for mediocre and lack of formal training. Overall very disappointing but gracefully humble despite the circumstance.
