Forrester is a truly rewarding place to work. I feel like I make a meaningful difference every day, both for our clients and within the organization. The colleagues here are exceptional. The most challenging aspect right now is the current business performance, which can create uncertainty and added pressure across teams. At times, this environment can impact workloads, decision-making speed, and overall predictability.

My manager is awesome. The people I work with are awesome. The work is interesting.

Salary and growth opportunities. There are no growth opportunities for those in my position. Promotion to data researcher jobs are extremely rare. Leadership has made bad decision after bad decision, there is little faith we are trending in the right direction.
