Formula Media really care about the work they produce and the clients they work for. Everyone works for one another and there is no apathy, the team is united in every goal and strives to produce their best work on every campaign. It is also an environment that is friendly and nurturing and the CEO is always open to feedback and ideas. In fact he is constantly looking for ways with which to evolve - be smarter, quicker, more efficient and welcomes innovative approaches. It was a great experience working there.

Small team compared to the larger agencies and hours can be long at times as demand is high but that is to be expected in a start-up and always acknowledged as is recognition for good work

I've worked at Formula Media for over 4 years and its truly been a special journey! The team dynamic is great and allows for everyone’s voices to be heard. The positive work culture here is unmatched – it’s supportive, inclusive - I never dread going to work! The hybrid working model provides a great balance between office and home life, and the flexibility in working hours is a huge bonus. The company truly takes care of its employees with fun team days out, and thoughtful office perks that show they value us. There a big culture around responsibility and being an adult in your role, meaning you are trusted to get your work done to an agency standard. Management is great and like nowhere I worked before. The CEO is very approachable, supportive, and attentive! - I think that's the biggest bonus of all IMHO. The clients we work with are awesome too part of the company values is doing media for good, and this really fills me with purpose as I get to do what I love and provide positive change! There are also a very good career progression opportunities.
