Glassdoor needs a minimum of 5 words in the pros comment box. I have one. NONE.
Cons
turnover is FAST. I saw 5 people leave in 2 months. Long hours..11pm is early. 2am is normal. You are expected to return early morning the next day. The long hours spent in the office is not even productive because employees have low morale, are uninspired, and have lack of direction. Boss is degrading.
