I do believe what we are working on is ground breaking and needed in the future of Americas next industrial revolution. I took a pay cut to come to this company and still believe what we are doing will work. We have some of the smartest people I have ever meet here, and they all care deeply about making this project successful.

End of month, rush, goals for individual sectors of the shop could be clearer

Coworkers were great to work with.

The CEO has major anger issues. He bereated employees including those were salary. He name called them and screamed at them. He even threw a chair across the wall.
