The work environment prioritised relentless pressure over respect or support, which made it incredibly difficult to thrive. I can confirm the use of surveillance mentioned in the previous review. The workplace is characterised by constant monitoring and a lack of autonomy throughout the entire shift. Movement is highly restricted during working hours. Bathroom breaks are the only time you get to take a breather, but even then if you go over a few minutes, you’ll be questioned why you took so long. The same goes for your 30-min lunch breaks.
