No-micro management is key to success for any mid-small company, and Formaspace has it. They are also open to the new ideas, and has a lot of potential. Last but not least, free Starbucks coffee at all times.

Medical insurance is poor, but 15 days paid vacation days neutralizes it. Even though the company is open to new ideas, the operation cycle shows resistance to change.

We didn't even think of Starbucks as a benefit! We'll have to tout that. We do seek to have the best benefits (and the best people) in our industry. We know we are industry-leading in terms of our free AD&D and life insurance policies, 401(k) with matching, HSA matching, smoking cessation, rebates for moving to low emission vehicles, and other benefits, but we will also look into adding more health insurance options at the next renewal.
Within less than a year, many processes and staffing have greatly improved. There's a sense of willingness to do what it takes to streamline our process. In a years time, I'm confident in our internal processes being refined even moreso.
Cons
No cons come to mind, but be aware this is definitely a highly demanding company of quality. It can be intense some days, but that comes with this kind of business.
