Within less than a year, many processes and staffing have greatly improved. There's a sense of willingness to do what it takes to streamline our process. In a years time, I'm confident in our internal processes being refined even moreso.

No cons come to mind, but be aware this is definitely a highly demanding company of quality. It can be intense some days, but that comes with this kind of business.

Most of the people you work with are great. Unfortunately they share the same sentiments of the cons below.
