Great for flexibility and remote work. Pays decent if you don't live in an area with a high cost of living. Team communicates often and doesn't over do it with meetings.
Cons
Everyone is remote in different time zones so planning can be a bit hectic. Small company with a core team that has been together for more than a decade, as a result, they are very fond of their own systems and practices they've created over the years.
