Pros
-Company Mission!! We’re all passionate about building and powering the next generation of skilled trade workers and want to keep fostering a culture that attracts a diverse group of enthusiastic and positive employees. -Communication! I’ve never experienced such transparency and constant communication from a founder/CEO and leadership team to an entire company. Mark provides an outlet for regular communication and enjoys hearing feedback from anyone willing to give it. -Work-life balance! On both our Pro and Back Office Teams, work-life balance is something that is pushed and respected. We all work hard to get the job done and and take breaks or go to appointments when we need to. The back-office team will always have a hybrid working environment moving forward which is something that was non-negotiable for me. -Growth potential! Forge is still in start-up mode and growing quickly, there are so many ways to develop your career and capitalize on your strengths in this stage of the company.
Cons
No company is perfect but there’s truly no other place or team I’d rather be working for. While we grow, there are things that are constantly evolving (creating and formalizing procedures, improving and creating technology, etc) but it’s also what makes being a part of a start-up so exciting - we all have a direct impact on how the company grows and develops in these early stages.
