      Pros

      being around fashionable clothes and latest trends

      Cons

      life/work balance- they expect you to be 100% devoted to the store. which means staying there til 3am in the morning! Management- the district manager has no respect for you or what you do.

      Pay was decent, managers were nice, & was scheduled to work every day

      Cons

      One of the cons was that if you had closing shift during peak season, you weren't allowed to go home until everything was organized (around 1 am)
