Pros
The freedom to express your own ideas in whatever themed section you were assigned to and the sense of achievement when you see outfits that you had put together being purchased by customers.
Cons
Forever 21 has always been a very fast moving store with on trend products always to which there would only be a handful of the products left on rails meaning your VM section would look a little empty but it was a great challenge to the work under your initiative and to still try and make the fixtures look full of life.
