Pros

Forever 21 is a fast, fun place to work, and provides a direct challenge to those up to the task. Working here will get you a job anywhere, due to the high volume and overall expectations of the chain. It is a recession-proof job. Forever 21 has increased sales by 10% company-wide this year, while every one else is closing down.

Cons

It is slavery. I have worked many hours of unpaid overtime, seen people fired for trying to put in a two-weeks notice, worked under a district manager who has never worked in a store in her life and when asked to watch the sales floor for an hour, buckled and called another manager in to work. Closing shifts for management are generally 2pm-2am, with one 30 minute break that you have to work through because you are the only manager in the store. Chang is slavery.
