Pros
Most of the employees are enjoyable to work with. You get to be around fashionable clothes. Time goes by fast when it is busy. When you get friendly/appreciative/understanding customers. Most of the music is enjoyable, but would it kill them to turn the volume down a little?
Cons
The employee discount is only 10%, it hardly makes a difference when you buy something. They don't train you, they just expect you to figure everything out on your own, then scold you for doing it wrong even though they never taught you. They hire tons of new people but cut everyone's hours within the same week! It's rare to receive praise, you mostly get feedback when it's negative. Management is extremely disorganized/lacking communication. Customers are messy, some just ignore you when you greet them. They exploit their employees as much as they can until someone calls human resources on them. The store is massive, so you feel like an idiot if a customer asks where an item is and you can't find it for them. You're on your feet the whole time, legs/feet ache halfway through your shift.
