Amazing procedures to aid staff. Full communication. Organized system.

There are frequently strange patrons.

Generally, this was a good place to work, coworkers are really wonderful people. It had a cohesive team feeling because of the small staff, we had to help each other out. A big plus is that the library trustees actually use the library and seem to be pro-staff.

Adult services and youth services are the two departments that lack good management.
