Lots of work, pay could be better.

Full time long term employee who has developed many friendships and business contacts over the year. In my time here, I have seen many changes, good and bad, but that is the same with all companies. I have also seen many employees come and go but that can happen in a lot of companies and it helps with change within the company. Most will say that can be a con for a company and make the company look bad, but it helps bring new ideas into the company and a fresh way of looking things. Sometimes when employees leave or a new employee comes in, it brings a breath of fresh air. I have had the opportunity to learn a lot of new skills and aspects of property management/real estate. I have been given opportunities to travel and assistant with many different things. Most of all through the opportunities i have been given here at Foresite, I have been able to grow as a person both personally and in my work career.

There can be the same office politics that you would have with any company, which yes can be a con to the company, but can also be a pro with how an employee decides to handle the situation. Benefits that are offered can definitely be improved.
