Disorganized, no work-life balance - Anonymous employee Forescout Technologies Employee Review

Sound like a very difficult experience for you. Just for clarification, Forescout was taken private about 4 years ago. We are owned by two PE firms. VC's and PE's operate in very different ways. And PE's to demand a lot of rigor and commitment from the exec team they have entrusted with their investment. No doubt there have been a lot of changes at Forescout, including many executives who have arrived in the last couple of years. I am not aware of any of them being college buddies. Yes, some of them have worked for the CEO before. I think that's a tremendous advantage. Anytime we hire and individual with existing relationships inside the company, they are better vetted for professional and cultural fit and have an internal guide to help them. I'd encourage you to try to find some fulfilment here. Your experience is way off from what the "average" employee is telling us they experience via multiple employee engagement surveys with improving results.
