Pros
- ForensisGroup gave me the opportunity to thrive and build valuable skills for my career.
- You're given autonomy in your work and everyone contributes to their part. New ideas are encouraged.
- My coworkers were amazing. Everyone there is friendly and respectful, laid back, but serious when it comes to helping clients.
- Execs and management care about staff and truly value work-life balance. They treat the staff out to lunches and will sometimes give an extra day or half-day (paid) off for the holidays on top of regular work holidays. Very family-oriented culture.
- Monthly bonuses are paid out in cash when the company hits their goals.
- Bagel Fridays, birthday celebrations, TED talks, and company parties.
- Decent benefits including 401k, medical and dental, PTO and more.
- Nice office and city to work in.
Cons
- Not sure about other departments, but since I was on the marketing team, I felt there were hardly any opportunities for collaborating with departments outside of mine.
- Some days can go by slow.
- Unless you're passionate about the legal space, some of the work could be dry, but that also depends on the nature of the case.
- It takes a while for a new idea to get off the ground.
- Running out of office space as more people come, which is a good problem to have.
- There's a probation period prior to receiving full employee benefits during the first few months of employment.
