Higher ups do not care about you in the slightest. People in management are too power hungry. They only think of how to carry favor and do not actually understand or help. For the hours you work and the effort you put in, you are grossly underpaid. You will definitely have a lot of late nights that are not worth the pay. Most associates don't last longer than a year.
