Honest Review - Software Developer Forefront Technologies (NC) Employee Review

The compensation, raises, retirement plan, and health insurance are generous and fairly competitive for the industry & location. All colleagues are competent, intelligent, and kind. There is no drama within the company and the culture is healthy. The work being done is meaningful and it is easy to see the improvements that one's contributions make.

Occasionally, there is a lot of work to be done which results in later nights and having a hand in several projects at one time. This can result in job responsibilities being blurred and/or one becoming overwhelmed. The PTO is fixed and not competitive but, to be fair, does still allow one to take a couple of smaller vacations per year.

I like being respected and appreciated. I enjoy the variety of the work. I like working remotely.

It's a bit disorganized sometimes.
