Pros
good for getting experience only if you are fresh grad. no other than that.
Cons
Horrible. just Horrible. let me just list down the bad things, First of all, Very underpaid, No OT pay. No respect on the employees' outside work hours time, they would even call you late night when you are just about to get some good sleep. Too much micromanagement the only lacking factor is they would even try to monitor and track you even if you are eating or going to the bathroom, Toxic work environment, Bad manpower management and each person handles multiple projects where stated in the contract is, one project is to one person only, No work/life balance. Expect working until midnight and you won't get anything from it. it is not paid because they will reason and flash out the "don't work for money, you are working for will of god" card. Bunch of hypocrite heads. preaching about word of god but they can't walk the talk and practice it themselves. Badmouthing employees when they only make a mistake, or when the client is already irate because the consultant handling that project is already overloaded on work from other clients also. unbearable, no appreciation/compensation given when you did a good work. Not worth staying, only those who are friends and go "SIPSIP" with the heads and the CEO will get the company's blessings. if you're neutral. expect nothing. also, bunch of deceivers and promise breakers. they will promise you something when you are about to leave the company, management will only approach when it's already too late, so you will be convinced to stay but once you agree and takes the bait, they forget the promises that they said and ignore you once again.
