Pros

A handful of good people.

Cons

All the bad reviews are true. The few good reviews are written by marketing. I wish I could rate them zero stars. Their turn over rate is extremely high and for good reason. This is one of the worst companies to work for. No matter how desperate you are for a job, or how annoyed you may be in your current position, there are some companies you’re better off not working for, and this is one of them. 1. They are slumlords! They do not care about their affordable residents and even less for their employees. 2. Upper management is cruel, disrespectful, and disillusioned 3. No home/work life balance or respect for your time, family and health. expect to work extremely long stressful hours, holidays etc. and still not get your bonuses. 4. Micromanaging, unrealistic, inefficient, petty upper management. 5. expect to be chewed out, blamed and treated unfairly as well as be a scapegoat for the favored few. 6. Training is a joke but never the less you will be held to unrealistic expectations. 7. Unpleasant work environment rotten from the top down.

Pros

Available training and learning opportunities for ones professional career

Cons

Lack of pay transparency. Bonus structure inconsistencies. Upper management is overworked causing unavailability to subordinates when assistance or guidance is otherwise needed. Your work environment will become hostile quickly if you are perceived as one to call action or question procedural guidelines being situational verses true enforcement to avoid liability and potential safety to ones well being and the asset's structrural integrity. A LOT of petty gossiping and confidential employee information circulation. No true enforcement of proper chain of command and over reach from higher entities that otherwise have no scope to be conducting certain executive decisions. Emotional and psychological shut down when questioning authority. All in all, if you have any bit of integrity, you will be met with an iron fist. False information of true business operations are encouraged and passed along to investors and ownership to avoid further questioning. Do not bother wasting your time and energy because your intelligence is not welcome; they prefer a heads down approach and a "do what is told" regardless if it is in violation to compliance Federal legalities, or ethicacy.
