Being with experienced brokers with over 35 years of experience with deep knowledge in securities' research and sales, to me it was a no brainer to accept the offer. You have to start from 0. build your book, and that's where the real work begins. I don't consider this as a negative connotation as we are providing great value to current clients. I'm sure they are happy to achieve the results they get through our firm, and the continuous work from our investment banking side, and the value they keep getting from our senior brokers, staff and the entire firm.

You are your own boss, you come and go as you want, you get out what you put in, nobody is going to be looking over your shoulder, you won't get screwed over here like other boutique firms.

Salary is 1200/month before tax which is pretty standard as a broker, office drama sometimes takes over, your gonna work with people who have no business being a broker, office is pretty empty.
