As Ford IT support is a function for the manufacturing company, there was always a lot of budget for new projects. Good the opportunity to learn very complex IT Infra projects end to end. Opportunity to jump into any domain of job within Ford is an exceptional feature no other company offers. For example, if you are in IT all your life and you want to move to Finance or Manufacturing, that is possible in Ford. Besides twice a year hike is awesome!
Cons
Century-old processes, regional domination and extremely lethargic workforce. No governance model for promotions and extreme paper type culture and not today's generation type of workplace.
