Micromanagement at Ford Credit. Lots of people coming and going. Management left due to stress and demands from upper management. Constant employee tracking software. Stress and military when you go to the office. They said we have a hybrid program and then asked us to come to the office more days. Unrealistic daily work target impossible to achieve. Malicious new Team Leads who constantly threaten. Training with wrong information that then shows up as negative results on quality audit once you start actual work.

Pros

Nice benefits, Stable job. Management is mostly hands-off, allowing you to do your work and let the results speak for themselves.

Cons

Too much middle management. Return to work requires in office 4 days a week. Should have better system for converting purchased service employees to Ford direct employees.
