good worklife balance. company has healthy worklife balance. they implement systems to encourage an efficient work hour balance in case you need to go over your regular 40 hr weekly mark they have you submit a request in order to approve overtime hrs I think this is helpful as it keeps people from regularly exceeding the overtime mark and it helps you to balance your schedule.
Cons
Salaries can be lower compared to other trades in commercial construction that are doing similar scope. But still competitive in the mid range bracket.
