Sweatshop Expectations are unclear or not communicated to us You are expected to work 10 + hour days but they don’t tell you that is the expectation until you get a low review score. That is not made clear during interviews We are given goals that are unclear how they are measured People leave because the process is broken but nothing is getting fixed People get fired without getting coached on why or be allowed to improve No career advancement opportunities or training People are constantly bounced around from team to team Leadership does not stand behind the employees Culture is a core value but it is not good culture In a 12 month period there was 8 development manager changes You are hired and told what the job is during the interview but you get moved when priorities change which is every day If you get on certain employees bad side you will be fired regardless of performance Being good at office politics is more important than doing a good job and giving your all No opportunities to change roles
