      I can not think of any to mention.

      Cons

      Horrible management, very clickish, especially CEO, do not trust him. Very unethical buisness practices by Sr. Management and support staff. The bank has a bad reputation with realtors and investors for taking to long to close loans and at the last minute when the loan is suppose to close, they find a reason not to close.

      Management cares about employees. Good pay. I work with great people.

      Cons

      I can’t think of any. They do expect you to actually work and they have set expectations, but I see that as a positive.

      Pros

      From the beginning in, I have had a clear path to train to a higher role. Forcht Bank encourages employees to grow in their roles. Love the hours and pay for my position. I have met the entire executive numerous times, including the president of the company.

      None. I am very happy here.
